Morning Planned to visit the ‘Royal Resort’ of Nawabi Era which was built by Nawab Ghazi-ud-din-Haider (1814-27)
specially for his European wife ‘Vilayti Begum’.

the road of Bibiyapur, turned left after crossing the railway track their get the milestone who
was indicating how near we are from the destination .

the vilayti bagh there is a Dargaah of a Muslim Saint on the left side ..

are only some relics existing now.

# If you are unknown from this place you can’t guess that
there is River Gomti which Is flowing Behind of these Clumps.

following the Narrow passage between the clumps, reached that place
which was full of silence.
# River was flowing very silently , nothing was there for listening except the chirping of Birds.

# Nawab Ghazi-ud-din-Haider used to come here for Hunting Birds,for boating with her European wife and also
he thrown many parties here .
# During the British rule it
became favorite destination of britisher’s , that’s why This garden was deserted
during 1857 revolution.

- Captain HAilyhachinsen
- Henry P. garvy.

for both :

- Right action of government towards the maintenance of Bank of river.
It’s a little dirty but can
be converted in beautiful riverside destination.
